 Hello everyone. Hope you are doing well in this fine evening Lately I have not I have not been expressive with my emotions and feelings as I used to because I know how to deal with each one when I face any issues and challenges while sometimes it backfires the opposite way which effects me and people around me. Today's intention is just mixed emotions because i am confused regarding my career path. where as i know my job now has helped me a lot throughout these 2 years it has developed my personal and professional skills more than i thought because my previous job has change my personal skills rather than now because my job now has pushed me to try new things and gave me a boost to work in  different department and be more engaged and open a lot of door. so, i will keep an open eye for new opportunities but things that i want to work in not just escape from.  hello Everyone. Hope you are doing well. This week is very hectic in every level you may think of. so, when you get these thoughts and feeling just set them free and do not get attached to any person you see and meet even your family because we are going through on our own without being dependent on any person regarding personal or professional matter. so, just take a deep breath and do not stress or overthink. if it did happen at the specific time it is fine just pray to Allah to make everything easy on you. I used to get attached to every person who is close to me but within time i discovered it is not healthy to do that mentally and emotionally you will only hurt yourself and it will learn a valuable lesson that you will carry through your life. Last Monday it was my 28th birthday wow time goes so fast and i did realize till that day but what i am grateful for every opportunity i got till this moment and could not wait for the next chapter in my life inshallah.  E very birthday is unique to me which represent a start of new year and new challenges and opportunities I will face to help me become stronger and wiser and brave.   Hello All. Hope your doing well. I know I have not been writing in my blog for awhile but I   got super busy with life but today I feel I want to share something on my mind. Sometimes sharing comes in different way with your closed circle and you might not understand that because you have a specific thought and picture of be open and talking about personal topic with your loved ones. So, what I learned yesterday is to listen very carefully and be in the moment with them rather than floating   in your our mind hahahaha. Make an effort and show that you care in a way the other person would understand that and will continue feeling comfortable all the time with them. Today's topic talks about encouragement and motivation when you feel your energy is low just give your self a push at the beginning of the day and start with calm and relaxed mood. Everyone Want someone to motivate them to be more productive and active and never went in depth with themselves to know you can start on your own and then your effect will spread. first, start with writing your todo list and your daily task then you will get used to do on a regular basis. personally i know i lack on some chores but i see what is my most priority and what my least priority and do what is important then go do the other chores when i am free. Well, I have been reading and try my best to eat healthier and use natural ingredients in my body and food sometime it works and sometime it does not. for me i am obsessed with  Cheese is so good but it bad for our health because it contains a lot of sodium and other factors that effect our body in a bad way. Do Not let Comments Effect you

 Hello Everyone.  Hope your doing well. people get effected by their loved ones comments specially their family and friends which is pro and con in the same time. in my opinion we have to protect ourselves and to not let our emotion control us just, understand from where this kind of feeling is coming and know the surrounding of the outcome and let it go. Get Out of Your Comfort Zone.

 Hello Everyone. Hope your doing great. Today I am talking about to do something you always wanted but were afraid of the circumstance. So, just take the chance and try something different once in awhile. Accept people’s opinion about your writing and do not take it personally just listen to them if there comments add value to you or not or could help you improve your skill. Your working on your story and it harmony with it does not mean it talks about you or towards you. Writing is not about controlling story. Hello Everyone. Hope your having a great day. What is the meaning of gratitude? Gratitude means to appreciate everyone added value and everything you have and gain in your entire life but that does not mean you have to stop chasing your dreams. Making a gratitude list helps everybody clear their minds from the chaos of busy schedules and calm down to see what you achieved throughout this year no matter the size of your own happiness and success.
