Let Go

 hello Everyone.

Hope you are doing well.

This week is very hectic in every level you may think of. so, when you get these thoughts and feeling just set them free and do not get attached to any person you see and meet even your family because we are going through on our own without being dependent on any person regarding personal or professional matter. so, just take a deep breath and do not stress or overthink. if it did happen at the specific time it is fine just pray to Allah to make everything easy on you.

I used to get attached to every person who is close to me but within time i discovered it is not healthy to do that mentally and emotionally you will only hurt yourself and it will learn a valuable lesson that you will carry through your life.

Just when you get mixed emotions understand where are they coming from and let them go.
