Everyone should know your responsible for your own body so be kind and gentle of each part of your body and soul. protect it in the best way possible you could and do not push it to the limit to reach your ultimate goal.
Well, I have been reading and try my best to eat healthier and use natural ingredients in my body and food sometime it works and sometime it does not. for me i am obsessed with Cheese is so good but it bad for our health because it contains a lot of sodium and other factors that effect our body in a bad way. So, I am try to reduce the cheese amount I eat regularly to maintain my health and body gain more energy from natural resources.
 We have to use more natural items for our body and mind so we could process more into our day and our entire life. for now i am trying to find substitutes that is low in calories and taste good and finally i found some so, anytime i am craving cheese and eat from the good kind and not feeling guilty afterwards.
