When was the last time you say down by yourself?

When was the last time you rested your shoulders?

When was the last time you rested your face?

When was the last time you left your phone?

When was the last time you relaxed your tongue?

When was the last time you stopped your routine?

When was the last time you closed your eyes?

When was the last time you were available?

When was the last time you were here as yourself with your pain, weakness, worries without running, being busy ,without your ego, without excuses, without any kind of protection as heavy as you think and you think that the arrow will protect us when the arrow will remove the love and opportunities, beauty and light. When was the last time you were there for you? When was the last time you asked yourself how are you? When was the last time you saw your self in the mirror and focus on your eyes not your flaws? When was the last time you patted on your soul? When was the last time you gave yourself rather than others? When was the last time you listen to the advice you gave others? We run and try to find acceptance, forgiveness, kindness, warmhearted, love. All these questions will be on your mind when you do not let go of any feelings and emotions you experience whether it is positive or negative so just be within yourself and understand each yourself on your own.
