afraid of rejection

Hello everyone
Hope your having agreat day

I just want to talk about being afraid of rejection and how to deal with it. First, you shouldn't take the comments from everyone personally because if you take every comment personally you will suffer alot in your life and you will think you can't do anything right which is wrong because every person is capable to do anything he set his mind in and believe in himself and don't be afraid of rejection. you will learn alot from the comments and you will try to avoid them to become better in the future.
trust me, i am still dealing of being afraid of rejection but i have heard from many people that you will learn from it and maybe after awhile you will totally forget about them and you will be in a better place inshallah.
try to overcome your fear by developing yourself or thinking how you will act toward the rejections you face in your life and then you wil know you have overcome your problem by not reacting to every comment you hear from people and they will notice your behavior have change in a good way and you feel stronger and confident of yourself because you have dealt with your problem by not taking every comment personally and not question yourself  and blaming yourself you just did the opposite which means you didn't take their comments personally and heard their opinion and noticed your weakness and tried to overcome them by not dealing with the comments the same way you used to.

People are afraid of rejection but never admit it why? because they think they are weak and can't overcome their fear of rejection and they will think that there is something wrong with them which is wrong your just afraid of people thinking your a failure and we can't depend on them. these thoughts are all in your mind and because you think too much about everything in life. if they have a problem with you they will say it infront of your face. if you think your the only person whose afraid of rejection think again your not alone but they are working hard to overcome it which is a great way to deal with your problems.

Regards,
Nadia
