Mixed thoughts and ideas toward yourself and others
Good afternoon everyone. Hope your enjoying your day. Well recently i am having these thoughts and ideas good and bad about myself and people around me. Sometimes i think because i overthink too much or have a lot on my mind or think in a negative way. which isn’t good at all and will effect my health and my brain will automatically shift to these kind of thoughts. Eventually it will effect my feelings toward myself and people around me and may hurt their feelings. But the good thing is I discovered these feelings and thoughts and ideas and will try my best to avoid them as much as possible and be around my family and friends and talk to them and share my ideas with them and accept their feedback if it is positive or negative. Never let your anger control you. You can control your actions and behaviors infront of people. Relax and do be hard on yourself. always keep yourself busy with things you love to do. try new activities, trust me,you will learn something ...
