I haven’t written any blog for a while. I am sorry I was busy the past 5 months but today I decided I am going to write every week or month inshallah

Today I am goning to talk about how to reduce your emotions and behaviors in any situation you face because sometimes you say a hurtful word or do a reqluse action toward the person your talking to which isn’t the right way to respond to any discussion you have with anyone.

Before you do anything think before you speak and control your temper and try to understand what they are going through because you may struggle with the same problem they went through in their life.

The most important thing that I always say to myself relax,don’t get angry or annoyed about a silly thing. Do you know why I said that? Because i was like that and my family told me you don’t have to take everything seriously trust me it will effect your health in a bad way.


Don’t use your mouth as a weapon to protect yourself your going to hurt everyone around you without knowing and they will not forgive you for your what you said/ did,even if you didn’t mean anything.

Just be kind to everyone , confident of yourself, happy about your accomplishments.
