Don’t be Harsh on yourself

Today, I want to write about a sensitive subject to most of us as human begins. To be kind and thoughtful to ourselves all the time because it affect us in many levels than we think of. I will give an example when you are a child you did not how to defend yourself toward bullies or any person make fun of you or say a hurtful words. These actions and words will stick with you your whole life. But if you let go and be aware where these can of behavior coming from then you are on a healing journey and trying not to let anything gets to you.
At the beginning it will be hard but when you continue on the same path it will differ and you will be more knowledgeable and know how to deal with the situation better.
Just remember, we are all humans and we go through ups and downs regularly. Stay strong and positive and keep in your mind everything has a solution.
