New Era

 Hello everyone. Hope you are all doing well. Today I want to write about entering a new era in my life which is turning 30. through that I learned to just be yourself all the time and stand for yourself when you want to do something you always wanted to do but of course you have to put your boundaries Infront of you first. I am stilling try to build my goal day by day with the capabilities i have at the moment but with time it will be easier. I want to rebuild my blog to be a beauty content to recommend and share my favorite products i use on a daily basis. the new products I have been using at the moment is from a Saudi brand called Asteri beauty. it is a desert- resistant, vegan and cruelty free products. Spend Your Time Wisely.

 Hello Everyone. Hope you are doing well. Today's topic is about be wise about time and know to use it productively. because most of us be on our phones for a long time rather than doing something that would benefit us. You do not have to do chores or read. you could just relax and go for a walk even hanging out with family and friends, write in your journal. there is a lot of  things to do in your free time. for example, i try my best to use my phone in a useful way like: listening to podcast, write down my thoughts and to do list. It is fine if you feel doing nothing during your day. especially when you have a long day out or even at work. you do not have to rush yourself to do everything on one day, you can split them during a weekend or even during your week. The levels of Energy

 Hello All Hope you are doing well  Today I am going to talk about when you are less active that you usually are which is normal because we as human begins go through ups and downs on a regular basis during a week/month. Our energy during the day differs from the morning till the evening specially if you are working for long hours you need to take care your health first to be able to concentrate and continue with your day without feeling tired. So, just do not add pressure on yourself and do what you are feeling at the moment and comfortable. I would like to talk about social intelligence and how is it important to know what to say and when to speak which is an important aspect of every person life that is my opinion. Set Your Daily/ Monthly Plans

 Hello Everyone. Hope you are doing well. Today's Topic is to prioritize and have a plan for your Day/week/month to help you make your mind clear and focused toward your free time to enjoy. Well, for me During work hours i have a list to go through on my day to day task, then i go through projects and activities i am working with the team or anyone from the company. So, have a list will make you relaxed and calm to go ahead with the rest of the day. just, have a clear vision of your goal whether it is short/ long term. it will motivate you to plan for your holiday ahead of time. Check your calendar ahead to make sure everything is settled right and it is on your list with the attendees and have your questions and notes ready. sometimes it does not work out like you thought it will be, that is fine and remind yourself your are doing the best you can to reach your highest potential you got during that time. Don’t be Harsh on yourself

 Hello Everyone Hope you are having a great day. Today, I want to write about a sensitive subject to most of us as human begins. To be kind and thoughtful to ourselves all the time because it affect us in many levels than we think of. I will give an example when you are a child you did not how to defend yourself toward bullies or any person make fun of you or say a hurtful words. These actions and words will stick with you your whole life. But if you let go and be aware where these can of behavior coming from then you are on a healing journey and trying not to let anything gets to you.  At the beginning it will be hard but when you continue on the same path it will differ and you will be more knowledgeable and know how to deal with the situation better.  Just remember, we are all humans and we go through ups and downs regularly.
