Today's topic is about to put less pressure on yourself and when you feel overwhelmed let this feeling cross and acknowledge and let it pass away and know the source of it so when you feel the same next time you know what to do before making a big fuss about it. We all face overthink and think in a negative way but the right way to overcome them is to be gentle to your soul and mind. remind yourself everyday so you wont let past events and moments control your entire mind and before you say anything think if it is a nice comment or not? Sometime i am so hard on myself i become this complicate and drama queen side of me. so, for today i will open a new page and start over again to be the understanding and kind and caring person to me first and my closed circle to.
