Set Goals

 Hello Everyone.

Hope your doing well.

Goals help you clarify your mind and prioritize your needs and desires. I have been using journal for the past 4 years. I write about my thoughts and feelings about everything happens during my day. so, when i heard something i do not like or agree with i just leave the room without making any scene. so, when you want to do something just keep a check list note with you to be on track with your daily activities. I had a passion with writing ever since i was a kid. to be more active and more updated about what's new and to be aware of your social surroundings. prepare and organize your time to have your plans clear into your week and day. Everyday you have to clarify your simple day by day check point. set your ultimate goal every month throughout the year. make your goals long term ones instead of short term that way it make your spirit high and will always want to continue forward doing what you always dream of and keep your motive with every step you take. so, don't overthink and be hard on yourself if you did not do what you planned for the day sometimes things happens without our own control. with every fall you face you learn a lesson. so, keep with you a pen and a paper everyday to write what you want to do right now. trust me when you begin it will be a reflection of you in a notebook.
