Mental Health Awareness.

 

Lets talk about mental health importance throughout the world to be aware and cautious about the behavior and reactions they face on a regular basis. Feel free to understand your emotions and thoughts in your way with writing, talking ,reading, watching life coaches live or video and even listening to podcasts. Just know that your loved ones are there for you no matter what happens in your life because were humans and we all face struggles in our life. I will share my own story that may you have went through this phase in your 20 specifically because it is the age of discovery and self improvement.

I have suffered of depression when I was 22 after I graduated from college because I felt lost and don’t have any idea what to do with my life then I pray to Allah to help me figure out my mission in the world and take one step at a time. After couple of days I realized I used to write in my journal and read comics everyday before bedtime. Since the day I bought a journal and start to write and plan what to do during my day ,week ,month. So, to help others understand their needs and desires keep an open door to talk and never judge and make them feel comfortable by listening. If they tell you I need help let them talk to specialist or life coach who will help them to move forward and figure out their purpose in their life and encourage them to experience new outcomes in the world.
