Being Afraid Of Your Surroundings.

Today i am going to talk about how to deal with fear and change it to make you feel comfortable and clam most of the time during your day.
Well, i have been facing this issue since my childhood but did not know how to overcome me and used to be afraid to say to my parents and my siblings because i was scared of their reaction towards me.
Yesterday i told them i have been feel insecure and fear of the world and losing my loved ones and they were very supportive and help me with some advice to apply it through my life.
First, to always believe in myself and never misunderstand your loved ones and excuse them if they replied in an negative or aggressive way.
Second, before you do anything thank of Allah and make duaa and pray every night and tell him what is your struggles and you will notice with time these problems will go away inshallah.
Third, never assume people thoughts because your emotions is all over the place put yourself into there shoes and see where are they coming from to make your communication as easy and smooth as possible.
Four, prioritize your time with your work,free time, family time to be more involved in these three parts equal and to make sure to be clear with yourself about the right timing to have fun and enjoy every moment of your day.
last point, give the feeling of fear alot of love so, this feeling will be reduced with time inshallah.
