Do your best at work
hello, everyone.
it has been awhile since the last post.
I had a lot of things to do the past two months that I forgot about my blog but I will try to post once a month to keep you updated about what is happening in my life.
Today I am going to talk about doing your work in the best way possible. I begin working in an academy called scholastic since February. the position was an English Teacher to children from different ages to develop their English skills e.g( Reading, vocabulary Writing,Speaking,Phonics) that help the students to assess them in the skills and become better in English. this job really suits me because it helped me a lot to be confident about myself and how to deal with children if they face difficulty understanding the content or afraid of making mistakes. my job here to be more creative and energetic,patient with them because English is not their first language. my job is not hard but when i am done teaching i am so tired because i am working all day which sometimes i think it is too much but this is a great opportunity to work under pressure and devolop my teaching methods that i have learned in college. even my personality is getting better because i have dealt with people from different personalities. and always remember to work hard in your work because it will reflect on you as a teacher. last year i didnt like teaching because i had a bad experience. but know i like teaching because the work atmosphere reflect on your work and my last experience atmosphere wasnt good at all. know i understand the teacher role is the most important thing in education field. so i am work hard to see the encouragement and development of every student i have in class.
